Business Lead Energetic Renovations

Brussel, België

Help 1,000 Belgian families make their home fossil-free by 2030.

Belgium has more than 4 million owner-occupied homes. The majority still rely on fossil fuels — gas boilers, oil heating, uninsulated walls — leaving families exposed to energy bills driven by markets and geopolitics they cannot control.

By 2030, Jaimy wants to have helped more than 1,000 Belgian families improve the EPC score of their home: warmer, more efficient, and less dependent on fossil fuels. BL2 – Energetic Renovation is the business line that delivers on that ambition.

You will build the contractor network, own the commercial pipeline, and ensure every customer gets the experience we promised — from first contact to completed installation. You won't personally manage every project (we have an operations team for that). Your job is to make sure the system works: the right contractors, the right SLAs, the right volume. You are accountable for the outcome.

Key Responsibilities

Contractor Network — Build the 'Champions League'
  • Define crystal-clear qualification criteria: credit score, employee count, regional coverage, technical certifications, satisfaction proof.
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage a national network of renovation professionals (heat pumps, insulation, solar, windows & doors).
  • Monitor contractor performance; enforce quality standards without exception.
Commercial Pipeline — Own the Revenue
  • Manage inbound leads from Belfius banking apps, DVV/Beyond Insurance, and digital channels.
  • Develop outbound approaches to accelerate volume in key regions and segments.
  • Own pipeline reporting: conversion rates, lead-to-project ratios, revenue forecast.
Customer Journey — Ensure SLA Delivery
  • Guarantee every customer receives the agreed experience: first contact within 24h, quotes within 5 working days, full project follow-up.
  • Work with the operations team to resolve escalations and continuously improve the process.
  • Track satisfaction scores and act on feedback.
Partner Management — Activate the Ecosystem
  • Drive Belfius HomeOffering activation — coordinate with Belfius relationship managers on loan + renovation bundles.
  • Manage relationships with insurance partners (DVV/Beyond Insurance and others).
  • Identify and close new B2B channel partnerships.
Management & Reporting
  • Report weekly KPIs, monthly P&L, and pipeline forecast to the CRO and extended management team.
  • Propose mitigation when off-track — not just diagnosis.

  • Experience managing external partners or subcontractors in a quality-critical environment.
  • Comfortable in a scale-up where the process doesn't always exist yet.
Skills & Competencies
  • Commercial sharpness: you know how to close, negotiate, and grow a pipeline.
  • Operational rigor: you track SLA compliance, follow through, and escalate early.
